08 / BEFORE WE BEGIN

A FEW GOOD
QUESTIONS.

A better understanding.
A more confident first step.

Is this only for golfers?
No. Golf is Dr. Trammel’s specialty, but Level 3 works across competitive sports and also supports performers. The focus is on the mental side of your performance.
Can we work together remotely?
Yes. Consultations are offered over Zoom or FaceTime. Golf programs may also include on-course work. Discuss your location and goals when you get in touch.
What happens in a consultation?
You can share your sport, current challenges, and goals, and ask about a suitable program. Sessions typically last around 30–45 minutes, with flexibility depending on what you need to discuss.
How do I find the right program?
Contact Level 3 to discuss your situation and request current program and pricing information. The first step is a free initial consultation.
Is sport psychology the same as therapy?
Level 3 focuses on performance and mental skills training. It is not a clinical practice. For clinical mental health needs, work with an appropriately qualified clinical professional.
